| Paris, France, 2007-10-28. This area of Paris, named "Front de Seine", was built in the early 70's and is already under heavy works. The other similar area (a huge concrete slab with high towers over underground streets) in the 13th district of Paris is also under works, although this one is not a total failure in matter of urbanism compared to the "Front de Seine". |
