Notre-Dame Church, Royan, France, 2009-05-29. This is an amazing church, it's the most remarkable 50's building in Royan and a technical "tour de force" (thanks to engineer Bernard Lafaille's V shape system) made of raw concrete.

Galerie VU', Paris, France, 2008-12-20. VU' is a well known photography agency, they have a nice exhibition area in the basement of their building. Those exhibitions are always interesting, in my opinion the best one was The British Landscape by John Davies, the quality of the vintage prints was unbelievable ! If I'm not wrong, those crates are used to carry pictures worldwide.

Val de Seine School of Architecture, Paris, France, 2008-11-08. Great photo exhibition of Philip Jones Griffiths' 60's U.K. work. Next to this exhibition there is another interesting one by Patrick Tourneboeuf.

November is the "photography month" in Paris (and elsewhere in Europe), there is plenty of interesting exhibition everywhere !

La Maison du Brésil, Paris, France, 2008-09-21. Initially designed by Lucio Costa, the project has been "revamped" by Le Corbusier. This superb building is located at the "Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris". In the same area, there is also the Swiss Foundation by Le Corbusier too. If you like architecture, the "Cité" really worth a visit if you are passing by the south of Paris.

Paris Jazz Festival, Parc Floral, Paris, France, 2008-06-28. Dianne Reeves, one of the greatest Jazz diva alive ! Unlike all those young-cute-blond girls so called "jazz singers" recently promoted by the music industry, she has a soulfull voice and super agile technique.
